Now here it is XD, I know there wasn't a quite great improvement, but hey, I told you, this is new, besides, my brain is dried by now, I didn't know what else could I make for her prize : (
A curious thing, I'm what many peolple would call a non-believer, thus, angels as "messengers of god" Isn't something I hold between my beliefs, at least not in the religious part. On the other hand, the image of winged people or people using winged beasts to fly through the skies has been for a long time among humans. This last one is my choice: The fact of flying, getting through the sufering of life and missfortune, to trascend ourselves and reach places no one else reached before "liberation", I guess that if there are something like angels, that's their meaning, but of course, that's absolutely subjective. The voices in my head may not be real, but they have some good ideas!
Well, this time I worked using a pen tablet, a genius g-pen (definitely no the best to work with, but it's better than doing it with a mouse). In krita I used the pixel brush with the pen pressure controlling the opacity and size of the strokes, the wings and it's feathers originally were three layers; the main white, then a layer of intermediate feathers, and the last one with the heavier shadows and darker feathers. If you find it useful perharps I could upload a little "howto" I'm pretty much of a noob in these matters, but I do what I can
